Opening An Account:

All first time customers must register for an online trading account before placing a buy or sell trade with Aerlooms.com. We take your privacy very seriously. Your information will never be shared with anyone.

There are no fees for opening an account with Aerlooms.com.

You can request a “Verified Trading Account” after your first order. This will allow you to buy and sell precious metals over $5,000. To request a “Verified Trading Account” please call 1-877-227-2646 and ask to speak to the internet trading department.

Placing an order:

We currently offer two options when placing orders. You can call 1-877-227-2646 and ask to speak to an Account Representative or register for an online trading account by registering here.

By registering for an online account, once approved for a Aerlooms account you can place real time trades with The American Eagle Reserve 24 hours a day.

Changing your order:

Once an order is confirmed and you receive a trade or confirmation number, it is a legal binding order and may be changed only at the discretion of Aerlooms. This may result in a charge to you for any market changes as well as changes in the premiums or bid/ask prices. We ask that you take time before placing the order to make certain that the product you order is the product you want.

Order Cancellation:

Once you receive a trade or confirmation number, the transaction is legal and binding. If do you not wish to fulfill the buy or sell order you have placed, your only option is to offset the transaction. Doing this will incur a charge for market movement, premium changes and differences between the bid and ask prices plus an additional $35 Cancellation Fee per transaction. Aerlooms may cancel your order if payment is not received within 5 business days. Any losses incurred by Aerlooms due to market changes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid in full by you.

There is a $49 MINIMUM ORDER.

The products we sell carry a premium above spot so the price you’re quoted is the price you pay. On a normal order the only additional fee is the shipping charges.

Online Payment:

We Accept: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal

In attempt to combat the high risk of fraud, we only accept credit/debit card orders up to $5,000 online. We may also require additional documentation to verify your identity or for other security purposes as we process your order. Aerlooms reserves the right to cancel any transaction due to security concerns. Furthermore, any order that is deemed fraudulent or of suspicious origin will be reported to authorities and the responsible individual(s) may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We offer the ability to checkout through PayPal for both our and our customers security and convenience, and we encourage our clients to use it.

Paper Check Payment:

We Accept: Personal Checks, Cash, Certified “Cashier” Checks, and Postal Money Orders.

Payments must be received within 5 business. Failure to mail a check after checking out from our online store or after confirming a trade via phone will subject you to our Market Loss Policy charges.

We hold all personal checks for 10 business days before your order is shipped.

Certified checks will be held for at least 3 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping Insurance:

All orders shipped from Aerlooms are fully insured.
