Authentic hand-signed labels from former U.S Treasurer Anna Cabral are elusive and are not offered on many U.S. Government issued gold and silver coins. Less than 300 of these sets bearing her authentic signature have been released for worldwide distribution.
What's the difference between a MS 70 and a PF 70
Coins are grading on a scale from 1 to 70, with 70 being reserved for only perfect coin. A coin that receives a 70 grade is absolutely flawless under 5x magnification. Mint State (MS) coins are produced in much greater quantities than Proof (PF) coins. Proof coins are struck on specially polished dies multiple times at slower speeds which in turn produces a coin with a shinny mirror-like background.
